A BIG BROTHER IN 4 DAYS?
Nothing much new except the mounting anticipation of Turner baby #2. Noah and I have spent a few great days together and I'm savoring that time because it'll be shared soon. Friday was my last official day of work - bittersweet. Saturday we played outside, walked to the park and got ice cream, and had a cookout at our neighbors - smores and all! Sunday was more of the same nice weather so we played outside with the sandbox, cars, trucks, chalk, rocks, etc. I bought lobsters for dinner so we watched them and touched them on the back deck before cooking them. Noah liked playing with them. He refused to try them at dinner. He'll regret that decision later in life! Today, Memorial Day, Noah and I woke at 7:00 and had some cinnamon toast and strawberried. Then we played "Connie Blocks", "Letters" and had a pillow fight (which Noah thinks is called a pillow "BITE" and keeps biting the pillows and getting fuzzies in his mouth. "PILLOW BITE"! He's down for a nap now and I'm enjoying some quiet time with the windows open and the breeze blowing through. I'm contemplating taking him to a Fisher Cats baseball game when he wakes up but Chris is working so I'm not sure if I'm up for the challenge by myself with 4 days left of this pregnancy...
